Dr.Deepak Sharma, M.HRDM, D.Phil. LL.B. is an Associate Professor in the area of Human Resources at IMI Bhubaneswar. He is an HR Professional with D.Phil. in Human Resources from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research & Business Administration, University of Allahabad (A Central University) on “Talent Development”, with Master’s Degree in HRDM from University of Allahabad and Graduation in Law with exposure in Industrial Relations/Labour Law.

He has 16 years of work experience in Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Training & Professional Development which includes four years as Associate Professor with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi. He has also practiced at Allahabad High Court in the area of Labour and Industrial laws. He has authored three books and his cases and papers have been published in many national and international journals. He also imparts corporate trainings in the area of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Leadership development, Change Management, Team Building and Personal Effectiveness to name a few.
