International Management Institute (IMI) Bhubaneswar organised a Blood donation camp in association with ‘Ama Odisha’ today at its campus. Along with the students, faculty & staff of IMI-B a good number of students from BIMTECH, IIIT and other individuals of the city have donated blood enthusiastically. The officials from State Blood Bank, Ama Odisha and faculty members of the institute have inspired the donors on this noble social activity with an objective of saving a life by the drops they donate. A total number of 51 units of blood were collected in the camp.
On the inspiration of Prof. Ramesh Behl, Director of the Institute andProf. Manit Mishra & Padmini Jindal, the camp was eagerly coordinated by all students of IMI; especially by Abinash, Suchi, Tanul, Himan, Madhu, Vanshika, Sipun, Sanjeeb, and Nikhil. The camp was arranged and managed by Doctor Srikanta Kumar Dash, PRO, Saradakanta Choudhury, Technician Ranjan Boral of Capital Hospital Blood Bank. Mr. Pravanjan Panigrahi and Harekrushna Pradhan of Ama Odisha organisation has actively cooperated on this blood collection activity.
