SIP EXPERIENCE- BERCO'S

People often say, "Good things usually come surprisingly and that's a dazzling feeling." Not much, but a palpitating heart, an indecisive mind and a bundle of prayers is what a student has to withstand in the placement season.

 

My name is Muskan Khowala (Batch: PGDM 2021-23) and I would like to share my SIP experience!

During my Summer Internship season, like any other student, I was swallowing my anxiety and excitement at the same time during the results of Berco's process. The moment I read my name in the mail, I was in the seventh heaven. Getting into Berco's was a dream for many students and I feel fortunate enough for it. There are numerous things that I'll always be grateful for when it comes to the organisation and they have always pushed me to go beyond a bounded thought and explore new things. Berco's work environment and culture was quite unique and this motivated me to further explore my creativity and knowledge to the best of my ability. Moreover, the employees were amiable and co-operated with me throughout the internship period.
