Eligibility and Admission Process
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, under 10+2+3 system as recognized by the AIU, is required.
The applicants to the programme are selected through the CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT, extempore and
personal interview. Appropriate weightage is given to work experience of the applicants.
Curriculum
The institute follows the trimester system. The programme has core courses, core electives and
elective courses in different academic areas. The first year focuses on core courses and some core
electives, whereas the second year provides a bouquet of elective courses. The students are
exposed to about 300 case studies and different experiential techniques. They are required to do
various field assignments as a part of their course work. The students are also required to do a
field based comprehensive dissertation as a part of the curriculum.
