and skills in the basic and functional areas of management. It is meant for professionals who have
not had the opportunity to acquire formal management education. The programme promotes
leadership skills, trains professionals with new-age managerial practices and helps navigate the
VUCA world. Highly application-based and driven by innovation, the curriculum of PT-PGDM has
