Dr. Ritu Singh is an Assistant Professor in Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques area at International Management Institute (IMI), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She has completed her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management Raipur and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University. She has been awarded B. B. Sinha Gold Medal for securing highest marks in B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics, 2012.

 Her research interests are Operations Strategy, Performance Measurement, and System Dynamic Modelling. She has published research papers in National & International journals like Current Issues in Tourism (Taylor & Francis), DECISION (Springer), and International Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Administration (Taylor & Francis). She has also presented several research papers in National and International conferences like POMS annual Conference, (2019), MSOM Conference, (2019), PAN-IIM (2018), etc.
