Outbound training also known as OBT Training is part of IMI Bhubaneswar orientation program, outbound training is a cutting-edge method of adventure sports, outdoor activities, and experience learning that is used for both personal and team building. Teams and individuals can gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, interactions within their team contexts, and themselves by participating in real experience-based activities.

Corporate Outbound Training: Through participation in outdoor activities and an experience learning approach, OBT Training is an evidence-based, successful training strategy that improves employee and team behaviours as well as organizational performance.

Outbound Activities aimed at enhancing leadership, communication abilities, performance, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork, and motivation are typically the focus of outbound training.
