The Bharat Blockchain Network (BBN) is a national initiative in India that aims to establish a Hybrid Blockchain Network to facilitate Blockchain related academic initiatives. This innovative platform is developed and operated by Information Data Systems Private Limited, widely recognized as Intuitive Data Solutions Private Limited (IDS). It is supported by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The Bharat Blockchain Network initiative is strategically designed to establish the largest Academic Blockchain Consortium and Polyversity globally. As an integral part of the Bharat Blockchain Network Initiative, IMI Bhubaneswar has successfully established a dedicated Blockchain Chapter and a Blockchain Node has been also set up in campus. By hosting a node, IMI Bhubaneswar aims to provide Blockchain services and offer certified educational courses through the IDS BBN platform, thereby expanding access to a wide range of institutes and students.
