Anupama  Singh

Anupama Singh is currently working as Assistant professor, OB/HR at IMI Bhubaneshwar. She has completed her fellow program from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. Prior to this, she was enrolled in the MBA program at the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka. She earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel University, which was followed by her campus recruitment to Essar Steel Limited. She got exposure to the corporate world via the internship program at CSIR-HRDC and Tata Chemicals Limited. She has also worked as HR Manager with Charutar Vidya Mandal (her alma mater). She has more than four years of teaching experience working at institutes like Alliance University Bangalore, Woxsen University Hyderabad, Amity University Mumbai, NMIMS Centre of International Studies, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research Mumbai and Shree Sahajanand Institute of Management. She got exposure to the international academic world with NMIMS Centre of International Studies, Mumbai with their BBA (Hons.) program at Kingston University, London & Bachelor of Accounting program at the University of Canberra, Australia. She has worked in various administrative roles include Program Director - BBA, Alumni Coordinator, Professor-in-charge of examination, Coordinator for Women Empowerment Cell, and Library coordinator. Her research and teaching interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, employee engagement, psychological empowerment, organizational communication, business culture, and green human resource management.
