Bindu  Chhabra

Dr. Chhabra is Dean-Academic Programme & International Relations at IMI Bhubaneswar. She holds PhD and M. Phil in Psychology with specialization in the area of stress. Before joining IMI, she was with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi for more than 6 years. She has over 21 years of teaching, research and industry experience. Apart from her teaching and research experience, she has worked on a couple of projects with CARE and as a Counseling Psychologist with Infosys. She has undertaken various Management Development Programmes with the organizations such as SAIL, NTPC, BHEL, EIL, HPCL, Power Grid, Ministry of Social Defense and various other Government organizations. She is the member of Forum of Emotional Intelligence Learning and research supervisory with ITM, Mumbai and SOA University, Bhubaneswar. She has several publications to her credit and has presented papers in various National and International conferences. She has been a recipient of National Education Leadership Award for Best Professor in Human Resource Management.
