Manaswita  Bharadwaja

Manaswita Bharadwaja is an Assistant Professor at IMI Bhubaneswar. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Behaviour from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. She has previously worked with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya and North Eastern Regional Institute of Management, Guwahati. Overall, she has 4 years of academic experience, teaching courses like Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory and Design, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Performance Management, Conflict Management and Negotiation, Workplace Well-being and Self-Management, Introduction to Psychology, Contemporary Issues in Psychology, and Research Perspectives in Organizational Behaviour to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students.
 
Her primary research interests are Psychological Empowerment, Employee Well-being, Positive Psychology Constructs, , Positive Approaches to Leadership, and Digital Learning Platforms.
Besides teaching and research, she has conducted several sessions in Management Development Programmes with Bihar State Health Society, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development, Water Resource Department Bihar, Bihar Police Academy and other Government organizations. She has also undertaken Faculty Development Programmes as a part of the TEQIP initiative of her previous institution.
In her tenure at IIM Bodh Gaya, she has chaired the Corporate Communications (Media and PR) Committee for more than two years, and has served in several committees such as Mental Health and Well-being, Mindfulness, Student Affairs, etc., demonstrating her commitment to institution-building.

Conducted sessions on Stress Management, Psychology of the Self, Personality, Organizational Behaviour, Emotional Intelligence, HR for Entrepreneurs, Mental Health and Well-being, Conflict and Arbitration, etc., in various MDPs organized by IIM Bodh Gaya for officials of Bihar Police Academy, Water Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development, and State Health Society Bihar.
Conducted sessions on Motivation, Health and Well-Being, and Managing Mental Health of Students in FDPs organized by IIM Bodh Gaya as a part of its TEQIP initiatives. Delivered a talk on Happiness at Work for National Productivity Council.
