Dr. Rojalin Sahoo is an Assistant Professor at IMI Bhubaneswar. She holds Ph.D in Management (Human Resource Management) with specialization in Employee Relations from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela. Prior joining IMI Bhubaneswar she has worked with Birla Global University and ASBM University, Bhubaneswar. Overall, she has three years of teaching experience. Her thesis work focused on exploring the impact of employee relations on decent workplace and employee engagement in power sector undertakings. She has published several research papers in peer reviewed quality journals (ABDC, SSCI/ESCI and SCOPUS). Towards her credit, Dr. Sahoo has received the doctoral fellowship award by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. In addition, she has presented papers in different international conferences. The research areas that capture her interest are employee relations, decent workplace, managing conflict and change, employee engagement, and human behaviour and work. She likes to deliver her teachings through Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Legislations, and Organizational Behaviour. She is also a life member of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
