Introduction

The objective of this conference is to focus on the emerging and innovative dimensions of the business research. It will enable the researchers to showcase their path-breaking research in different disciplines of management. The conference will also provide a platform to researchers around the world to put forth their ideas, share their experiences and network with their counterparts. The conference will provide a novel forum to the researchers and academicians to present papers in the areas of economics, finance & accounting, IT & E-commerce, law & business ethics, organizational behavior & HR, operations management, marketing, and strategy & entrepreneurship.

* Selected and acclaimed papers of the conference will be published in the form of an edited book. Participants may, therefore, be requested to submit the revised paper as per the guidelines of the publisher by December 31, 2014.

Note: The fee for foreign delegates will be USD 100 across both the categories.

Registration is mandatory to present a paper. Registration fee includes admission to the conference, conference kit, attending the workshop, hi-tea, lunch for two days, which will be common for both residential and non-residential participants. For residential participants, rooms will be provided at IMI-B campus on single occupancy basis. Breakfast & dinner will be served to all the residential participants of the conference.

Guidelines for Submitting Abstract

Abstract not exceeding 300 words on any of the aforesaid themes should be sent to the Conference Coordinator through email at ibrc@imibh.edu.in / padmini@imibh.edu.in. Please include personal details in the following order: name of the author(s), title of the paper, name of the conference track, affiliation of author(s), email, mobile number and postal address on the first page of the abstract.

Guidelines for Submitting Full Paper

Full length paper, not exceeding 5000 words, should be submitted in Times New Roman; 1.5 spacing; 12 Font size as a Word document to ibrc@imibh.edu.in / padmini@imibh.edu.in. Participants should follow APA style for referencing.

Best Paper Awards

A cash prize and a citation will be given to one paper from each track based on the recommendation by the Review Committee. These awards will be announced on the last day of the conference. The decision of the committee will be final and binding.

About Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, the capital of the Indian state of Odisha, is often referred to as a Temple City of India and together with Puri and Konark it forms the Swarna Tribhuja ("Golden Triangle"), one of eastern India's most visited destinations. The major tourist attractions of Bhubaneswar include: Lingaraj, Rajarani, and Mukteshwar temples, Khandagiri & Udayagiri caves, Nandankanan Zoological Park, Regional Plant Resource Center, popularly known as Ekamra Kanan, and Dhauli Shanti Stupa. Puri, also known as Jagannath Puri, is one of the Char Dham pilgrimages of Hindus. It is situated on the Bay of Bengal, 60 kilometers from Bhubaneswar. The beach at Puri offers an enduring opportunity to experience the striking sunrise and sunset. Konark is around 65 kilometers from Bhubaneswar, and 35 kilometers from Puri and is known for its Sun Temple which shows the marvelous architecture of India. The temple is a World Heritage Site.
