INGENIOUS GROUND ZERO 2023

It’s a matter of great joy and pride that IMI Bhubaneswar has been able to launch the “Ingenious Ground Zero 2023” program by Infosys with the help of the student placement committee. The aim of Infosys was to connect with the first year students from our institute and give insights on the topic “role of management graduates in a technology organization”. There were two lead consultants named Azad B Mishra and Biswaranjan Sahoo and Senior Associate Lead named Samrat Dutta, who visited the campus on this auspicious day. They talked about SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) being a software that integrates various business processes and it’s important for management students to learn SAP because it’ll give them a hands-on experience with real-world business operations. Being proficient in SAP will improve their job prospects, as many companies use SAP for efficient business management. They also threw some light on C/4 HANA which is a customer experience suite offered by SAP that includes various tools for managing customer relationships, sales, marketing and more. It helps to know about modern customer engagement strategies and technologies which will ultimately give them an edge in understanding how businesses interact with their customers and manage relationships in a digital age. Overall it was a very enriching experience to have discussion on these topics because they explained how it’ll make our aspiring students more competitive in the job market and better equipped to analyse and optimize business processes which stands parallel to our ultimate goal. And with every small initiative like this, IMI Bhubaneswar is setting benchmark for itself.
