LEADERSHIP TALK-Mr. JASPREET SINGH

On 11^th of August, IMI Bhubaneswar invited Mr. Jaspreet Singh, Senior Consultant IT and Digital Spring Professional (LHH) Australia to speak about the Topic – “Transition from college to corporate “.

Mr Jaspreet talked about what mindset changes a student in college must bring in order to adapt to a corporate environment. He talked about how a corporate environment is competitive and how a student must be in his tow to succeed and move up the ladder. He also talked about how to handle pressure in a corporate environment and how we should start handling pressure from the college itself in order to handle that in office. He also highlighted the need to love our work and why it is important to sustain our job for a longer duration.

Thus, the session was very interactive, and students got a lot of insight about the office culture and work environment. This session proved to be very helpful as the students interacted wholeheartedly with the speaker with all their doubts and concerns.
