IMI Bhubaneswar Online Research Faculty Development Programme (FDP)

International Management Institute, Bhubaneswar commenced Online Research Faculty Development Programme for the AY 2021 – 2022 on 11^th September 2021. The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Ramesh Behl, Professor & Director, International Management Institute Bhubaneswar and was coordinated by Prof. Amit Shrivastava. Prof. Behl welcomed the participants and talked about online research FDPs as a contribution of IMI Bhubaneswar towards research fraternity. The faculty members of IMI Bhubaneswar would dig into their own research experience and share it with the participants for the benefit of research enthusiasts. Prof. Behl spoke about how each research FDP is designed to stand alone as a value addition, and at the same time is part of a series of topics on research that are beneficial to the research fraternity. The first FDP of the series was on “Writing a literature review and reference management” by Prof. Swayam S. Panigrahi.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty, research scholars and students from various well-known institutes and universities such as IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, IIFT Delhi, Manipal Institute of Management, Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) Kolkata, Delhi University, SRM Institute of Science and Technology Chennai, Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, KIIT University etc., to name a few. Prof. Amit Shrivastava offered vote-of-thanks and hoped that the Online Research FDPs would contribute towards enhancing research acumen of participants.
