This conclave was organised by 'Cynosure club which conduct program related to supply chain Management and help in interaction with industry experts for the actual application.

Speaker 1 Bikram keshori Nayak

He talks about the importance of the supply chain and how the implementation of Digitalization can increase the efficiency of supply, further he also talked about the role of the Human resource in the innovation in supply chain Management.

Speaker 2 Ravi Teja

Teja sir talked about how a great supply chain leads to price & cost reduction using technology in the supply chain. Further, he talked about nurturing innovation in the supply chain. It can happen with a small group of people with good Human resources.

Speaker 3 Sachin Nandwana

He talked about the improvement of the supply chain for increasing customer reach & acquisition through a simple supply chain. Further, he talked about the challenges faced by L&T and other companies like Transparency in supply chain and Digitization in transportation. He also put some light on emerging technology in the supply chain in agriculture.

Sir talked about how material plays a vital role in construction in the whole supply process and implementation of the Digitalization in the construction through an efficient supply chain.
