OBJECTIVE(S):

The objective of the training programme is to equip the participants with tools and knowledge to enable them to lead the implementation of the initiatives in their workplace.

DELIVERABLE(S):

The course has been designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the management processes and practices involved in the development and operation of projects and to develop the broad range of knowledge and application skills, required to manage projects.
