SIP EXPERIENCE-RUCHA ENGINEERS

Hello, I'm Kaustuv Majumder and I've recently finished interning at Rucha Engineers in their Rucha Yantra Division as a Market Research Intern at Aurangabad. As I'm more inclined towards analytical work in the Marketing and Operations domain, this internship gave me the perfect opportunity to study the market for industrial automation products especially Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).

My internship location was in Plant IV of Rucha Yantra LLP in Aurangabad. Being physically present in the plant gave me the opportunity to understand the operational activities. My project was to identify the potential customers for B2B products and the likeable factors for the clients while selecting these automated products that are already present in the market. In office, I worked under the guidance of Rucha Yantra and the R&D Manager. As I had prior work experience, the internship was like refreshing the old memories. Regular guidance and discussions with my faculty guide and project mentor made this journey wonderful.

The internship gave me an opportunity to get the flavour of the industry to finally start as a fulltime professional in the nearest future.
