Mr. Naveen Bhusan, Manager, Govt. Reforms & Infrastructure Development, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) addressed the vibrant PGDM batch for a brief session on how PWC implements various theories of strategy in its daily operations. The session enabled the students visualize how things work in terms of strategic management in an organization and helped bridge the gap between theory and practice.

He shared insights into the project they were to handle and how it connected with various concepts of strategic management. They also discussed about various challenges they usually deal with and how they overcome them. The students learnt various perspectives of strategic management from the practical perspective. The Q&A saw some key issues being discussed. Mr. Bhusan stressed on the fact that in practice, one strategic concept doesn’t solve one problem, one has to apply different concepts while keeping open mind to tackle such problem.
