Shri Pooran Chandra Pandey, enriched the students with a guest lecture. He was invited by Prof. Supriti Mishra to give the students a glimpse on strategic philanthropy, sustainability, corporate social responsibility and community development.

Shri Pandey shared his exposure and working with governments, non-governmental organizations, corporate sector and now the United Nations have given him holistic perspectives on key issues and their impacts on various shareholders and stakeholders and its extension to business. His approach towards establishing public private partnership model in social development and building community infrastructure and using corporate communication to effectively build corporate image remain high points of his career.

Lastly, Prior to his role , he served leading non-profits, large companies and the largest media house in senior leadership positions, contributing significantly to framing of public polies on voluntary sector, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, satellite accounting, volunteering, philanthropy and social enterprises in India and in the World.
