9th International Conference




The 9th International Conference on the 'Global Business Environment,' presented in collaboration with EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, commenced with a focus on the theme "Corporate Democracy, Open Innovation, and Growth in Developing Economies." The inaugural day featured four technical sessions, each delving into crucial aspects of the conference theme.

The first session, 'Corporate Democracy,' explored the dynamics of fostering democratic practices within corporate structures. Scholars and experts shared insights on how democratic principles can positively impact organizational governance and decision-making processes. The second session, 'Open Innovation,' delved into the significance of collaborative innovation strategies in driving corporate growth. Participants engaged in discussions on leveraging external partnerships, embracing diverse perspectives, and fostering a culture of openness to stimulate innovation.

'Economic Development' comprised the third technical session, where experts analyzed the role of businesses in contributing to the economic advancement of developing economies. Discussions centered on sustainable business practices, ethical considerations, and the potential for inclusive growth.

The fourth session, 'Analytics & Business Modeling,' focused on the application of data analytics and effective business modeling for informed decision-making in the contemporary business landscape.

Concluding the day, a workshop on 'Improving Skills on Writing and Publishing Research Works' provided a platform for participants to enhance their academic writing abilities.
