9th International Conference

The 9th International Conference on the 'Global Business Environment,' presented in collaboration with EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, commenced with a focus on the theme "Corporate Democracy, Open Innovation, and Growth in Developing Economies." The inaugural day featured four technical sessions, each delving into crucial aspects of the conference theme.

The first session, 'Corporate Democracy,' explored the dynamics of fostering democratic practices within corporate structures. Scholars and experts shared insights on how democratic principles can positively impact organizational governance and decision-making processes. The second session, 'Open Innovation,' delved into the significance of collaborative innovation strategies in driving corporate growth.
