AMAHA

Amaha is a mental health organization whose services include self-care, peer support, therapy, psychiatric care, and much more, available both in-person at their centres in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi, and online through call or video.

So in regard to this, Amaha organized a session on mental health in IMI Bhubaneswar campus to highlight the mental health needs of students.

Also counsellor from Amaha, Mam visits IMI Campus weekly once to counsel students if there is a need .

The session was very interactive, Mam told the need of mental health and how to identify issues related to mental health. Students whole heartedly participated in this and the session was very engaging and interactive.
