LEADERSHIP TALK – Mr. PATRICK COMERFORD

On 7^th of August, IMI Bhubaneswar invited Mr. PATRICK COMERFORD, Director and Principal Career Coach at Catapult, as well as a Career Coach at Right Management Australia as the honourable speaker for a leadership talk. Mr. PATRICK addressed the students on the topic – “Global Job Search Effectiveness”.

Mr. PATRICK highlighted the facts that how global job search scenario has changed and how to use LinkedIn effectively for job search. He highlighted how to use keywords in LinkedIn profile and what keywords do recruiters look in a candidate profile. He also highlighted how to effectively build LinkedIn connections and reach out to potential employers. Apart from this he also taught the students how to create a efficient LinkedIn profile with proper profile photo and cover photo and also how to write a proper about, skills and experience.

In this Q&A session of the talk, Mr. PATRICK interacted with students and answered their questions, providing them with valuable insights. This leadership talk was very knowledgeable and student got to know a lot from the speaker.
