IMI Bhubaneswar honoured to host Mr. Albert Sayapov, presently ,a System Engineering Manager at Qatar Insurance Group on 15^th September,2023. He shared his inspiring journey from being a janitor at a young age to becoming a General Coordinator at the FIFA World Cup 2022 and his current role at Qatar Insurance Group. In his talk, he focused on the importance of leadership skills and how to implement them effectively.

Mr. Sayapov began his talk by recounting his humble beginnings as a janitor. He emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication, even in the most menial of jobs. He also spoke about the importance of perseverance, sharing stories of how he overcame challenges and setbacks on his path to success.

Mr. Sayapov then discussed the importance of leadership skills. He defined leadership as "the ability to influence and inspire others to achieve a common goal." He also highlighted some of the key qualities of a good leader, including vision, communication, problem solving and empathy..

Sayapov also shared some tips on how to implement leadership skills effectively. He advised leaders to create a positive work environment, empower the team members and leading by examples.

Mr. Sayapov's talk was well-received by the students ,who were inspired by his story and his advice. His message of perseverance, hard work, and dedication is a reminder that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
