Leadership Talk

On 4 th December 2023, an international leadership talk was held where the esteemed speaker was Ms. Tina Stanetic, the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Regionality Group of Companies, UAE, and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Peninsula Shipping Company LLC.

Ms. Stanetic delivered a talk on “Innovation and Adaptability” where she delved into the realm of AI, business growth, and the importance of innovation for a sustainable future. She also emphasized the requirement of adaptability as a key component for the dynamic business world which is very often referred to as a VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous) world that we live in. She was able to give the students a glimpse of the business world with her long experience in the field.

Although virtual, it was an interactive session where students engaged in the Q&A section of the talk and asked for the speaker's insight on how to inculcate innovation and adaptability in their academic as well as professional lives. It was a long-awaited overseas leadership talk and it was received with great enthusiasm from the students’ side.
