Finance club of IMI Bhubaneswar has successfully organized the stock market event named MockStock. It was an exciting experience for students who aspire to invest in the near future or student who want to experience the thrill of investing. Students who are inclined towards the stock market have participated in teams and the rule of the game was that a team of maximum three are allowed and the entry fee of a team consisting three people is rupees sixty. There were two rounds in the game and the first was the quiz round. People got into the second round based on their performance of the quiz round. In the second round, some news of the market were given and based on that people had to decide where to put their money in and the top 3 teams which made the highest amount of money were the top 3 winners of the game. The first winner got the cash prize of 600 rupees and the 2nd and 3rd winners got rupees 400 and 200 respectively. It was a delightful experience for the participants and they got to know a lot about how the trading world looks like. We are extremely proud that clubs of IMI Bhubaneswar are coming up with this kind of interesting event which helps students to gain humongous amount of knowledge and we are looking forward to more events like this.
