(Independent Trainer and Former Incharge)

Ms. Anuradha Prusty, Independent Trainer and Former Incharge (Learning & Development) of IMFA Ltd, gave a guest lecture at IMI, Bhubaneshwar in 2015, and it was a great joy for the students to have her there. Being an experienced trainer, she presented important subjects like Transactional Analysis (Ego states) in a way that was both engaging and helpful for dealing with individuals of all backgrounds and mental states. The students were requested to cut a sheet of paper according to directions, and as a consequence, each student's pattern of cutting was unique. This was one of the activities she ran. However, none of the designs were identical. This basic exercise was used to demonstrate how every student possesses unique attributes that are never the same as those of other students.
