In this Month's Nostalgia section, we would like to introduce you to Mr. Ayushman Bhattacharyya who paid a visit to IMI Bhubaneswar in October 2017 for a Guest Lecture on Welcoming Challenges & Opportunities. Mr. Ayushman Bhattacharyya is currently serving as a Business Unit Head - (Gastroenterology, Maxima) at Abbott India Limited. Mr. Bhattacharyya was the Business Head (Associate Director) of Diabetes and Metalife team at the time of his visit to IMI Bhubaneswar.

 

Abbott India Limited, a division of Abbott Laboratories with its headquarters in Mumbai, is a publicly listed company. In numerous therapeutic areas, including women's health, gastrointestinal, cardiology, metabolic diseases, and primary care. It provides reliable high-quality medications.

 

He provided us with insightful information regarding Abbott, it’s divisions, it’s recently introduced goods, and Abbott's effectiveness and know-how in the pharmaceutical industry. He also concentrated on the leadership traits that a professional needs to succeed in a cutthroat environment and underlined the need to take measured risks.

 

He made every effort to address the students' queries and doubts. His pleasant personality made the discussion interesting & educational for everyone. The students participated actively in the session making it a highly engaging session.
