As we navigated through the dynamic landscape of 2024, our thoughts harked back to the intellectual fervor that gripped IMI Bhubaneswar in February 2023. The 5th International Conference of Banking and Finance, centered around the theme "Recession and Preparedness of the Financial Industry," left an indelible mark on our academic journey.

The inauguration ceremony transported us to that momentous occasion, where Prof. Ramesh Behl's warm welcome and Prof. Puneet Bakshi's riveting keynote address set the tone for a captivating exploration of critical financial topics. The auditorium buzzed with anticipation as academicians and research scholars from across the nation and overseas converged to unveil their groundbreaking findings.
