On September 2019, students at IMI Bhubaneswar had gotten the opportunity to gain expertise from Mr. Aman Jain, the Talent Development Manager at Kontoor Brands India. Mr. Jain talked about the significant traits he considers while employing individuals in his capacity as an HR professional. In addition to highlighting the increasing value of social media in the job search process, he emphasized the significance of personal branding. He made note of the fact that LinkedIn has grown to be a popular tool for hiring. Mr. Jain also underlined the importance of teamwork and communication in landing a job and gave sage advice on how to write an appealing résumé. His lecture educated the students about how to best be ready for placement prospects and it was a highly extremely interactive and inspiring session.
