Reflecting on the vibrant tapestry of memories woven during SPARX, IMI Bhubaneswar's flagship management fest in September 2021, nostalgia sweeps over us as December 2023 unfolds. During the pandemic's challenges, SPARX stood as a testament to resilience, adapting to an online format and uniting brilliant minds from across India.

The pulse of SPARX reverberates in our hearts, a single-day extravaganza that transcended physical boundaries. It was more than an event; it was a celebration of management acumen and innovative thinking. The four mega events – HR cube, Finutsav, Marketbuzz, and Ops- Graphy – served as arenas where participants showcased not just knowledge but creativity and problem-solving prowess.

The virtual rounds, with quizzes, video-making, and more, brought forth the competitive spirit and managerial finesse of students. Colleges like XLRI, IBS, IFMR, and others contributed to the fest's dynamic atmosphere, amplifying the collective intelligence.

Organized by students under the director's guidance, SPARX became a testament to our community's collaborative strength. The event's success wasn't just measured in prizes – up to Rs 25,000 distributed to winners – but in the growth of individuals who honed their skills, breaking free from the confines of routine and embracing a world of possibilities.
