You must believe that the journey through business school is all about placements. You're not mistaken, but the trip through business school is about a person's entire development, which stimulates them to secure the best placement.

Hello, my name is Rakesh Panda, and I will be sharing with you my experience at IMI Bhubaneswar as a student in the PGDM class of 2020–2022.

Because I was a student of the covid cohort, my time on campus at the business school was nearly halved, yet that didn't deter me from getting a placement of my dreams.

The IMI Bhubaneswar placement team stood by my side for the entire two-year process, encouraging me along the way. Be it online or on-campus, regular guest talks, leadership talks, boot camps, and placement grooming sessions were held. The practical experience I receive from serving on committees, including those for sports and spocs of Sparx, and Phronesis, aids in the development of my soft skills and interpersonal interactions.

In addition to the placement team, IMI Bhubaneswar has a culture that encourages students to participate in a variety of on- and off-campus activities that foster leadership qualities and personality development.

Last but not least, I want to thank IMI Bhubaneswar for helping me find employment with my dream firm by holding my hand throughout the entire PGDM program.
