Well, you must think B-School journey is all about placements but in my opinion B-School journey is about one's holistic development that drives him/her towards fetching the best placement.

 Hi, I am Soumyadip Ghosh of PGDM batch 2020-22 and I am going to share with you my B School journey with IMI Bhubaneswar.

 Being in a Covid batch, my B-School campus life was cut short by almost 3/4th but that didn't stop me from fetching a good placement. The placement team of IMI Bhubaneswar was always by my side guiding me throughout in the 2 year journey. Guest Talks, Leadership Talks, Bootcamps, Placement Grooming Sessions were organized regularly, be it online or on campus mode.

 Apart from the placement team, the culture of IMI Bhubaneswar is to indulge students into various on campus or off campus activities that develops the leadership skills and helps in personality development of students. I was involved in multiple clubs and committees and regularly participated in events, organized generally on weekends, which helped me grow as an individual.

 Last but not the least, I would like to thank IMI Bhubaneswar for holding my hands from the start to the end of the PGDM programme and fetch me a job in my dream company-Capgemini.
