26th January, For the Hoi Polloi, is the day when the Constitution of India was honoured, that replaced the Government of India Act. It is celebrated ubiquitously in India with great veneration. IMI Bhubaneswar also witnessed this day and celebrated it with the exact same veneration. The rallying cry being, organising a special function in recognition of the hard work and sincerity of the housekeeping and security staff, solely an initiative of the Prayas Club at IMI Bhubaneswar.

Soon after the ceremonial custom of flag hoisting followed by the national anthem, the Prayas club dynamically played the role of the security staff keeping every activity in check. Whereas a special session of screening of the movie “DANGAL” was organised for the housekeeping and security staff, which was a small endeavour to bring a smile to these people who cares for our well-being.
Once the screening of the movie was accomplished, the staff members were invited to cut a cake. All in all, the day turned out to be a real achievement for the Prayas club of IMI Bhubaneswar, ushering smiles to the people without whom IMI Bhubaneswar family would have been incomplete.
