SPARX’ XXII

IMI Bhubaneswar held Sparx’XXII, its annual business flagship event, on September 10, 2022. After the long pandemic of two years, it was held offline. The event started with lighting up the lamp by faculty members and participants. The event was segregated into four sub-events named Ops-E-Battle, Deconstruct to Reconstruct, IPL Mock Auction, and Carpe-diem. Ops-e-Battle evaluated participant engagement and operational comprehension. The human resource event involved "deconstruct to reconstruct". "IPL Mock" and "Carpe-Diem" put forth financial involvement restrictions and marketing zeal to the test. 300 students participated both on and off campus. All the sub-events had at least two rounds, the first round was mainly an elimination round and the second round was the evaluation round.  After an entire day of events, the competition came to an end, and the winners and the first runner-ups of each event were acknowledged and received trophies along with cash prizes. Sparx'XXII was a great opportunity for every participant to explore their area of interest as well as to explore and learn from their counterparts from different prestigious institutions
