My journey starting from the date of SPOC selection to successful completion of Phronesis was full of excitement, enthusiasm, thrill, fun, pressure, enjoyment and many more emotions. My batch mates encouraged me to take the responsibility of SPOC for Phronesis and showed their confidence upon me. Although there were 3 SPOC’s, but we worked and coordinated with each other before taking any decisions, each SPOC was helping other if they face any problem. Sometimes I gave ideas and suggestions and sometimes I also take recommendations from others. SPOC’s of Jazbaaa, which is our sports event also interacted and worked with us. My sincerest thanks is also due to our Class Representative who stood by us during ups and downs, took us to meet higher authority, organized teams for us to work. Coming to learning experience, as we all were deep involved in sponsorship, promotion and conducting events, we faced many managerial challenges such as team work, team management, corporate interactions, visiting corporates, inviting students from other colleges and managing the event footfall. Our rigorous effort of about 40 days showed its color when Phronesis and Jazbaa concluded successfully. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to my faculties, co-SPOC’s, my Class representative, SPOC’s of Jazbaa, and finally to seniors and my batchmates, without there help it wouldn’t have been possible.
