WEBINAR ON "IT'S NOT JUST AN INTERVIEW"

IMI Bhubaneswar in collaboration with the Identity Group hosted a webinar session on the topic "It's not just an interview" for the students on 5^th December 2020 around 7:30 pm. The speaker Mr. Jasobant Narayan Singhlal started by showing some photographs of renowned world leaders and explaining the reason for their success. He also explained the importance of self-assessment and choices we have to make in our career.

He laid stress on correct body language and how students must interpret different situations. "You can be different and creative" were the key words of the speaker who empathized on students staying always positive. He also shared valuable insights about different types of recruiters who hire B- school graduates and how students should prepare to crack job interviews. Students also learned about the various sources of recruitment along with the recruiters' expectations from them.
