LEADERSHIP TALK- MR. NANDAKUMAR M.

On 4^th August 2023, IMI Bhubaneswar invited Mr. Nandakumar M, co-founder and director of the renowned i-Link Global Technologies as the honourable speaker for a leadership talk. Mr. Nandakumar addressed the students on the topic- ‘What kind of skills market will demand from fresh MBA graduates and what the market's expectations are’.

Although the skills that the job market demands from fresh MBA graduates can vary depending on the industry, job role, and the current trends in the global economy, Mr. Nandakumar focused on a few key skills like communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork and collaboration that tend to be highly valued by employers. Apart from the key skills the speaker talked about the in-demand technical tools that most organizations use in their day-to-day activities, and gaining expertise in them will help students meet the market’s expectations.

In the Q&A session of the talk, Mr. Nandakumar interacted with the students and answered their questions, providing them with valuable industry insights. This leadership talk was long-awaited and was received with great enthusiasm from the students’ side.
