It was a great pleasure to host Mr. Rajendra Kumar Senapati (Vice President And Head HR OPGC) on December 3, 2022. The IMI Bhubaneswar HR club hosted a leadership session in which Mr Rajendra Kumar Senapati gave his opinions on the sector. He continued by advising the students to pay attention to behavioral understanding in light of current business trends. He used examples from many industries to demonstrate how effectively managing your team will help you become a successful leader who is appreciated by the workforce and contribute to the expansion of your company. He cited numerous instances from the Mahabharata Yudh where Pandavs, despite being outnumbered by the Kauravs, demonstrated their patience, faith, and good leadership to lead their team to victory. Finally, he advised students to concentrate more on interacting with various types of people, read newspapers, and keep an eye on business trends.
