STUDENT HAAT

IMI Bhubaneswar recently organized a student-driven event titled “Student Haat” based on the creativity of the students under the guidance of Prof. Devesh Baid, Chairperson-E-cell and Incubation Foundation on 20 th October 2022. The main aim of organizing such an event was to create opportunities and realize the start-up dreams of the students. In this event students enacted as young entrepreneurs. A unique platform for innovation and creativity with a theme of “Haat” had different stalls manned by students, each running a “Real business” with real money, for selling items like Dahi gupchup, momos, mocktails, Pani puri, etc. To keep up with the festive spirit, as Diwali was also approaching, a group of students also sold fairy lights so that they could decorate their hostel room and feel home away from home. Students, faculty, and staff members of the college thronged to the market to have a look and purchase items from the stalls.
